  • gives the impression that the material emanates from us, if this is not the case.

Other guidelines for contributing, interacting and commenting on our site are (but not limited to):

  • Contact Details – a genuine, active email address and first name are required to post material or comments on this site. Your personal email address will never be published on the site or shared with any third parties (except in exceptional circumstances – please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information). We may require to contact you privately about your comment or material posted. This means that you agree that we have the right to contact you via email for informational or promotional purposes should you comment or post material on our site. You can unsubscribe from email correspondence from us at any time, by clicking on the link found at the bottom of every email from us.
  • Links and self-promotion – Please keep links in comments to a minimum, and ensure that if used, they genuinely do add value to the post, conversation and other commenters/readers. The English courts will have exclusive jurisdiction over any claim arising from, or related to, a visit to our site.

These terms of use and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales.
